Rule 39U
Section 51 of the
Act to provide facilities to cooperative farmers. According to the recommendation of the Council, the Government of Nepal can provide necessary concessions and facilities to those who want to do cooperative farming to produce the following agricultural products:- (a) food grains (b) cash crops (c) fruits (d) herbs (e) animal husbandry (f) specified by the council Any other product.
